Bring Yoga & Mindfulness to Your Workplace

Help your team reduce stress, improve focus, and build wellbeing with tailored yoga and meditation sessions. Whether in a school, business, or other organization, our classes are designed to meet the needs of your group in a safe, supportive environment.

We offer a variety of sessions to fit your team’s needs and experience level.

Class Options

  • Beginner / Intro to Yoga: Gentle introduction for those new to yoga.

  • Gentle / Restorative Yoga: Slow-paced classes for stress relief and mindful movement.

  • Chair Yoga: Accessible yoga for those with mobility limitations or joint concerns.

  • Intro to Mindfulness Meditation: Techniques from Mindful Schools, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Tara Brach, and Pema Chodron.

  • Yoga for Athletes: Focused on balance, flexibility, and recovery for active lifestyles.

Flexible Pricing & Scheduling

  • In-person studio classes: $15 per person for 75 minutes

  • Workplace sessions: $100/hour, which includes travel within Cattaraugus/Allegany BOCES territory.

    • Option for $10/person with a minimum of 10 students for a 1-hour session

  • No maximum number of participants as long as your space allows everyone to breathe and move comfortably

  • Classes can be scheduled to fit your organization’s calendar and needs
