Meet the Teachers: Kristin Buchholz

Kristin is the founder and owner of Heron Hill Yoga. After thirty years of teaching children of all ages through art and yoga, she chose to share her experience with her community outside of the school setting. Opening her personal art and yoga space for classes, workshops, summer camps, and meditation groups is a way for her to serve her community and pay forward the healing and transformation Yoga has given Kristin.

She earned a fine arts degree from Syracuse University, a master’s degree in education from Harvard University, and is trained in trauma-informed yoga practices as well as mental health first aid. Her Yoga teacher training is through Radiant Child & Family Yoga, where she earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification.
