CLASSES
Community/All-level Yoga Class
Everyone is welcome to attend, regardless of skill level or experience. If you can get up from sitting on the floor with ease, you can participate in this class and may be challenged by some poses. Modifications and suggestions are always included, so everyone feels comfortable practicing what works best for them. In this class, we intend to connect with ourselves and others, practice breathwork and poses that help us heal, grow and thrive.

Cost: $15 per session | $10 Seniors (60+) and Veterans

Beginners Mind Yoga Class
Designed for beginners, this class covers basic yogic breathing, warm-up and poses that help you tune into your body, deepen your self-awareness, and learn how to adjust in a pose so it’s more comfortable. Using the concept of “Beginner’s Mind,” we notice with curiosity rather than judgment in this introduction to Yoga.
Tuesdays | 9:00-10:15 AM
